on apr 2 when we went back to school for this preparatory workshop for a better understanding of this subject food safety, we were given our 1st assignment:induction package
the induction package relates about a brand of pound cake was to be exported both locally and overseas. we are to review the safety aspects and steps in the making of the pound cake:
1stly, illustrate the flowchart of the steps involved
2ndly, incorporate HACCP template to identify the CCPs involved
3rdly, to list out the HFLA template to state things like our learning issues and facts
we had group meetings on mon 2/4 and tue 3/4: discussed issues like-
- the steps in the flowchart
- the physical/biological or chemical contamination in e steps
- hypothesis, learning issues and actions to be done in the HFLA template
- came to consensus among discussion & divided the work clearly
